A Centred You is a community interest company dedicated to supporting individuals affected by trauma and adverse childhood experiences (ACE's). Rooted in personal experiences and professional expertise, we provide culturally competent, inclusive therapeutic activities. Our mission is to bridge the mental health service gap in our communities, and aim to foster healing, growth, and wellbeing for all ages through creative and holistic approaches.

Social & Youth Worker
Leone has a background in social and youth work, dedicated to ensuring the safety and positive engagement of children and young people. As a trauma-informed practitioner and youth mental health first aider, Leone brings a deep understanding of healing. She has studied various healing modalities across West Africa and Mexico, specialising in herbal remedies and natural skincare.
